摘    要:用不同的工艺方案,对气密性内螺纹管接头零件进行生产加工试验,从中找出设备、刀具、夹具、材质及工步顺序对产品质量及生产效率的影响。结果表明,在改变刀具角度的同时,采用超常工步顺序,不仅能保证产品质量,且提高生产效率上十倍,大大降低废品率和加工成本,在大批量生产类型中,创造出可观的经济效益。在材质较软且受零件结构限制的条件下,其效果更为显著。

Abstract:Trials were carried out concerning the processing of airtight tube joints with inside whorls to investigate the influence of various craft patterns involving lathe, cutting tools, clamping apparatus, material and processing procedures on product quality and productivity. The result showed that a modified angle of cutting tools together with unusual processing procedures not only ensured the quality of products, but also enhanced productivity up to ten times that before. Thus the reject rates as well as cost could be reduced greatly. When it is applied in massproduction, the improved technique is likely to bring about significant economic returns, particalarly in the case of softer material and limited part structure.
