| Abstract: | The Key Doctrines was an outline and interim constitution that was made by the late Qing dynasty ,when WuChang revolution had just taken place. For various reasons, the study on The Key Doctrines lacks depth in the educational circles up till the present moment. Historically, comparatively and in the constitutional function, the article analyses constitutional monarchy of Britain which The Key Doctrines contains. |
