| Abstract: | The basis upon which the improvement in quality of adult higher education in general institutions of higher education is to take full advantage of the general institutions,to liberate our minds,to transform our ideology,and to create a favorable school environment.Regular teaching in the light of teaching programs,consistent improvement of teaching methods and reinforcement of academic atmosphere and discipline are the basic approaches.The key to guaranteeing the teaching quality is to seize on the links in testing. |
