| Abstract: | The real cause of power's corruption lies in lack of effective supervision with regard to power but the cardinal cause of losing effective supervision lies in unreasonable system of supervision,in system of supervision without perfect regulations and system of supervision without coincidence.Therefore we must deepen reforms of system of supervision and strengthen effective supervision with regard to power so as to prevent its corruption. |
