泰勒科学管理视角下的高校师资管理与薪酬激励

摘    要:泰勒科学管理理论倡导用科学管理代替经验管理,强调人是核心要素,提倡要关心人、尊重人、发展人。同时提出劳资双方利益的一致性和协调合作的重要性,主张管理者与被管理者密切协作、共同发展。从泰勒的科学管理视角出发,革新高校师资管理与薪酬激励机制,必将给高校人事制度带来一系列深层次、全方位的嬗变,从而用“以人为本”的理念与创新机制全面促进高校各项事业的和谐发展。

Abstract:Taylor's scientific management theory advocated scientific management in lieu of experience management, emphasizing the core elements of people, initiating concern about the people, respect for the people and development of the people. At the same time, the paper proposes consistency of the interests of both sides and the importance of coordination and cooperation, maintains that managers should be in close collaboration with the labourer. From Taylor's scientific management perspective, the management innovation of University Teachers and the pay incentive mechanism are bound to bring about a series of deep and multidirectional transmutations in college personnel system, thus the "people-oriented" philosophy and innovative mechanism can promote the harmonious development of various undertakings in colleges and universities.
