明末清初浙北农具的利用——以《补农书》为例

明末清初，沈氏与张履祥所著的《补农书》系反映浙北农业成就的杰作。以该书为中心的考察表明，农具在日常农事活动中占有比较重要的地位，种植业的整地、灌溉、运肥、施肥、作物保护等农具，以及饮食加工、林业、畜牧业、蚕桑业、家庭纺织业等方面的农具，皆得到熟练的利用，并显示出较高的效能。然而，农具的具体作用不应夸大。

Utilization of Agricultural Tools in North Zhejiang from the End of Ming Dynasty to the Beginning of Qing Dynasty——A Study Focusing on Supplement to the Book on Agriculture

From the end of Ming dynasty to the beginning of Qing dynasty,Supplement to the Book on Agriculture by Shen and Zhang Lv-xiang was a great book reflecting the agricultural achievements in the north Zhejiang province.A study focusing on this book showed that agricultural tools played an important role in routine agriculture activities,and that the agricultural tools for soil preparation,irrigation,manure transportation and application,crop protection,etc.and the tools in the aspects of drink-food procession,forestry,animal husbandry and household textile industry,etc.were all utilized skillfully and demonstrated rather high efficiency.However,the specific effects of agricultural tools should not be overstated.
