人类命运共同体:解决经济全球化问题的新思路

在经济全球化进程中,要应对逆全球化挑战,必须解决好经济全球化中存在的问题:一是经济全球化的收益在发展中国家与发达国家之间分配不均;二是经济全球化的收益在一国之内的劳动与资本之间以及不同劳动力群体之间的分配不平等。尽管存在这些问题,各个国家仍有坚持参与经济全球化的必要,而经济全球化也的确是不可逆转的历史大势。事实上,经济全球化存在的问题主要是当前收益分配不均的、服务于发达国家跨国资本利益的经济全球化秩序所带来的。要解决这些问题,我们应构建基于人类命运共同体理念的新型经济全球化秩序,建设平等参与的全球经济治理机制,促进世界各国互利合作,实现经济的共同发展和繁荣,打造使得各个群体均能获益的包容、普惠的经济全球化模式,使经济全球化真正惠及全人类。

A Community with a Shared Future for Mankind:A New Idea for the Solution to Problems in Economic Globalization

In order to cope with the challenge of deglobalization in the process of economic globalization,it is necessary for us to solve the problems existing in economic globalization:First,the benefits of economic globalization are not evenly distributed between developing countries and developed countries;Second,the unequal distribution on the benefits of economic globalization within a country(between labor and capital,and among different labor groups),which is particularly evident in developed countries.Despite these problems,it is still necessary for all countries to continue participating in economic globalization,which is indeed an irreversible historical trend.In fact,the problems existing in economic globalization are mainly brought about by economic globalization order in current distribution of benefits unevenly and serving the interests of transnational capital from developed countries.To solve these problems,we should build a new type of economic globalization based on the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind,construct a global economic governance mechanism of equal participation,promote mutually beneficial cooperation around the world to achieve economic development and prosperity jointly,and create a mode of economic globalization of inclusiveness and reciprocity to benefit all groups,so as to make economic globalization truly benefit all mankind.
