Social justice is the ethics that runs though the theory of scientific development,the theme of which is social development.Among others,it is of primary importance to develop the economy,which calls intrinsically for social justice.The core of the theory of scientific development is that man is the center of all concerns.When man becomes the center,the interest of all parties must be handled under the cardinal principle of social justice.The essence of scientific development is the all-around,harmonic,and sustainable development.Such development asks for a balance between the development of economy and politics,economy and culture,urban areas and rural areas,this region and that region,China and other countries as well as man and nature.
