论我国区域行政协作体制的改革

区域行政协作体制改革是我国政治体制改革和政治发展的重要内容,是我国社会主义市场经济建设与和谐社会建设的有力保障。从阐述我国地方政府关系基本态势出发,着重分析了长三角地方政府协作关系形成、区域行政协作多赢格局的内在动力、地方政府区域间协作的起点与关键,并运用健全需求表达机制、完善地方政府间关系的基础等改革方式,以期重构区域行政协作体制。

Reform of Regional Administrative Cooperation System in China

Regional administrative cooperation system reform is an important component of the reform of Chinese political system and political development.It＇s a strong guarantee for China＇s socialism market economic construction and the harmonious society＇s construction.This paper proceeds from the basic situation of our local government relations,analyses the formation of local government collaboration in Yangtze Delta River Region,the inner drive of win-win situation in regional administrative cooperation,and the starting point and the key to local government regional cooperation.In order to reconstruct regional administrative cooperation system,the authors try to apply the resolution mechanism continuity,perfect benefit expression mechanism and improve the local government relations foundations and so on to reform.
