| 摘 要： | 要真正实现工学结合,需要职业学校、企业（行业协会）和政府共同参与,各自承担起自己的责任：政府为主导,推动校企合作,实现工学结合;学校与企业共建实验实训室,并使之成为技术革新、产品研发的场所,为实现校企双赢创造条件;行业协会要规范企业培训、提供行业发展、人才需求等信息,指导、监督职业学校的人才培养。

| Abstract: | To really realize the combination of working and studying,the vocational school,enterprises and government need to join together and take their respective responsibility.The government should guide and promote the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,achieve the combination of working and studying.The college and the enterprise construct the experiment and practice room and make it the place of technical innovation,product research and development,and set the stage for gaining a win-win result.The industry association should standardize enterprise training,provide the information of industry development and personnel needs,guide and supervise talent cultivating of the vocational colleges. |
