试析邓小平的民族问题理论及其实践

民族问题历来是我们党和国家面临的一个重要课题，邓小平同志在继承马列主义、毛泽东思想关于民族问题认识的基础上，总结了当代世界其它国家处理民族问题的经验教训，针对我国新时期民族问题的实质、民族问题与社会发展总问题的关系、民族区域自治、民族平等和团结以及祖国统一等问题提出了一系列重要的理论观点。在邓小平上述理论的指导下，本文从审时度势、坚持党的基本路线、尊重少数民族当家作主以及怎样维护各族人民共同利益四个方面阐述了新形势下民族问题解决的原则，以期有利于民族问题的解决。

Analysis on DENG Xiao-ping's Theory of Nationality Problem and Solutions

Nationality problem has long been an important issue that the CCP and China face with. The ex-president Mr. DENG Xiao ping, based upon the theories given by Marx, Lenin and MAO Ze dong, drew some experiences as well as lessons from other countries in this field and put forward a number of worthwhile theories on China's nationality problem in the New Period, the relationship between nationality problem and social development, national equality and unity as well as the country's unification. This paper explains the related principles concerning the nationality problem and offers some solutions to the problem.
