| Abstract: | The sichemde massnahman system is a conspicuous criminal law institution at present. This paper deals with the legal principle basis and establishment and legislations of sichemde massnahman. The paper comes to a conclusion that the establishment of sichemde massahman system conforms to the actual situation of China. It also indicates that the system adapts to world legislation trends. The sichemde massnahman will bring the civil rights,personal freedom and human rights into the orbit of the rule of law. |
