摘    要:社区公益广告是我国新时期发展起来的一种公益广告形式,它除了具有一般公益广告的特征之外,还具有自己的特征,如区城性、贴近性、群众性、人性化等特征。社区公益广告的内容不但丰富,形式也多样。大力发展社区公益广告,对于加强我国精神文明建设具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:Community Public Service Advertisements (Community PSA) is one of the newly developed advertisement forms in our country. Besides the general features of other public service advertisements, a Community PSA possesses its own typical characteristics: it is community-restricted, close to every member, oriented to common citizens, and humanized. A Community PSA has abundant contents and various forms. Large-scaled development of Community PSA has made great contribution to the development of our country's ethical culture.
