| 摘 要： | 十六大提出要全面建设小康社会,建设农村小康社会。湖北省民族地区作为经济贫困地区,尤其要采取各种措施实现小康。本文以湖北长阳土家族自治县的高山蔬菜产业为例,阐述了发展绿色外贸是湖北省民族地区实现全面小康的重要途径,并根据现阶段存在的问题,提出了若干经营策略。 |

| Abstract: | The 16th National Conference for CCP put forward to building a well-off society in an all-round way including rural areas.As poverty areas,the ethnic areas in Hubei Province especially should try to achieve it by adopting all kinds of measurements.This article takes the Changyang Autonomy County,Hubei Province as an example,illustrates that developing green foreign trade is an important way to fulfill the aim,and proposes some detailed strategies according to the current obstacles. |
