| 摘 要： | 提高女性退休年龄,实行男女同龄退休,不仅仅是基于性别平等,保障女性权益,更重要地是提高女性退休后的生活质量和水平。文章用数学方法测算出提高女性退休年龄后,对女性退休后的养老金产生的实际影响。

| Abstract: | Delaying female retirement ages and implementing the policy of the female retirement age to be the same with the male,not only safeguard the feminine rights and interests,which are based on the sex equality,but most importantly enhance the females' quality and the level of lives after being retired.In this paper,the authors use the mathematics method to calculate the actual influence on the female pension when their retirement ages are delayed. |
