中晚期孕妇凝血四项检测的临床意义

目的通过对产前凝血功能的检测与分析,探索中晚期孕妇凝血四项指标变化情况,为防止孕妇在分娩过程中出现产后大出血或血栓的形成提供科学的依据。方法采用法国STAGO COMPAC全自动凝血仪检测398例中晚期孕妇及120名健康非妊娠妇女(作为对照组)血浆中凝血酶原时间(PT),活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT),凝血酶时间(TT),纤维蛋白原(FIB)。结果与对照组比较,中晚期孕妇的PT,TT都明显降低,FIB明显升高,而APTT则无明显改变。结论中晚期孕妇凝血功能有增强的趋势,处于高凝状态,有利于产后快速有效止血。产前凝血功能的检测,在临床方面,对预防产科并发症(如:DIC)有重要的意义,值得推广和应用。

The Diagnoses and Clinical Significances for the Coagulation Test of late pregnant Women

Objective To see the changing coagulation state of midtrimester and late pregnant women and prevent the occurrence of the hemorrhage and thrombo-embolia caused by intrapartum and postpartum. Methods To chose 398 midtrimester and late pregnant women and 120 healthy nonpregnant women,then test the four blood coagulation indexes as PT,APTT,TT and FIB by FRANCE STAGO COMPAC automatic blood coagulation testing machine. Results Compared to the healthy nonpregnant,PT and TT were obviously dropped,FIB was obviously higher,but APTT was no obviously changed.Conclusion The late pregnant women's coagulation function strengthen gradually,and have the hypercoagulation state to be beneficial for stopping bleeding postpartum. The detection of blood concretion functions play an important role in the prevention complications.
