试谈高校系（所）资料室的现状及发展

高校系（所）资料室是专业性的图书情报机构，它在高校教学科研方面发挥了不可忽视的辅助作用。但是，目前高校系（所）资料室的发展却不尽如意，许多系（所）资料室面临着图书经费紧缺、馆藏建设乏力等困难。本文通过对高校系（所）资料室现状的分析，提出了一系列资料室改革发展的建议。

On the Status and Development of Department/ Institue Library of the Department (Institute) in College

The department /institute library in college is a kind of professional institution of library information. It has ho playing an important supplementary role in the teaching and research of col leges, yet the status and the development of them is by no means satisfactory. Many department institute libraries are short of books. This paper suggests a series of measures to reform and promote the development of department / institute libraries in higher education institutions.
