| 摘 要： | 论德使能是按照德能标准,考察、选拔人才并委以相应官职的思想和制度.荀子继承了西周的论德使能思想,提出了尚贤使能的为政之道,丰富了入仕者德能素质的内涵,发展了考察选用人才的取人之道与用人之法,并将论德使能制度的重要性提到了关系社稷大业安危存亡的高度.
