| 摘 要： | 社会转型的发生使社会弱者这一特殊社会群体凸现出来，社区社会组织从产生起就承载着对城市弱者提供社会支持的使命。单位体制的改变等因素使得部分社会管理职能转移到社区，其中包括对社区内社会弱者的救助与服务。社区社会组织对城市弱者提供社会支持的作用越来越大，社区社会组织在帮助社区下岗人员再就业、救助社区残疾人、服务社区老年人、促进公益事业发展等方面做了大量工作，在协同政府管理社区“社会弱者”事务及动员公众参与“社会弱者”的支持工作中做了积极探索。
