| 摘 要： | 哈贝马斯作为当今著名的思想家,研究他的思想的论著较多,但是对他的政治思想的论述却较少。哈贝马斯主要的政治思想是话语政治,话语政治强调人们把讨论、说服作为解决政治问题的主要方式,讨论中要遵循严格的法律程序。它既体现在通过何种程序保证人们能够正确表达自己的政治意见、表达政治意见的类型,也表现在民众达成的政治意见如何影响现有的行政权力。话语政治在改变选民被特权阶层操纵方面是有益的和值得肯定的,但是话语政治过于理想化,很难真正落实到实践中。

| Abstract: | As a contemporary thinker,Habermas' thought was studied by many scholars,but these scholars have hardly studied Habermas' political thought.Habermas' political thought is mainly about discourse politics which lays an emphasis on discourse and persuasion as the primary means in dealing with political problem,and must obey the strict law procedure in the course of discourse.The discourse politics includes many sides,for example,the procedure of assuring people speaking their political opinions,the means of discourse,the modes of public opionion influencing the administrative power.The discourse is useful and affirmative in changing the appearance that the electorate's opinions have been controlled by some privileged interests.On the other side,it is too ideal to become true completely. |
