我国转轨期政治结构中的权力资本化路径

权力资本化作为一种特殊的权力存在形态,是政治权力资本化和资本经济权力政治化双层面互动与结合的产物。在我国转型期,由于体制接轨存在缺陷和市场机制不完善,权力资本化利用新的路径不断形成和扩张,进而衍生影响深化改革、经济健康发展和社会稳定等明显的外部性效应。因此,抑制权力资本化的形成、膨胀与蔓延的路径,是我国推进改革、进行现代化建设所面临的必须重视的一个重大政治问题、经济问题和社会问题。

The Choice to Restrain the Capitalization of Power during the Course of Political Structural Transition in China

As a special form of power existence,the capitalization of power is the product of the interaction and combination between the capitalization of political power and politicalization of capital power.In the times of transition in China,because of the defect of system and imperfection of market,the capitalization of power is utilizing new ways and is being increasingly formed and expanded,and is further deriving obvious outward effectives having impacted on the deepening of reform,the healthy development of economy and social stabilities.And thus,the choice to restrain the formation,expansion and spreading of the capitalization of power is a major political,economic and social issue which we are facing when promoting reform and socialist construction,and which we must pay much attention to.
