| 摘 要： | 对盐城市“十三五”期间公开及授权的专利进行了统计分析，总结出盐城市战略性新兴产业专利创新活动特点。针对存在的薄弱环节和差距，提出了在“十四五”时期要强化科技创新、壮大龙头企业、推动专利运用、加强政策支持等方面的对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a statistical analysis of patent opening and licensing in Yancheng during the 13th five-year plan period, and summarizes the characteristics of patent innovation in strategic emerging industries in Yancheng. In the light of the existing weak links and gaps, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening scientific and technological innovation, strengthening leading enterprises, promoting patent application and strengthening policy support during the period of the 14th five-year plan, for the reference of leaders at all levels and relevant departments. |
