毛泽东教育伦理思想探析

摘    要:毛泽东教育伦理思想的主要内涵是:以培养工农为主体、以普及大众教育为目标的人民教育观;以培养又红又专、德才兼备的社会主义合格劳动者为目标的全面发展观;以塑造品德高尚、学识渊博、懂得教育规律的高素质教师队伍为目标的教师伦理观。毛泽东的教育伦理思想对我国当前教育改革具有指导价值。

Abstract:Mao Zedong's thought of educational ethics connotates features mainly as follows:the concept of people's aducation with the emphasis on workers and peasants, as well as the obiectives of popularizing public education ; the idea of integrated development with the objectives of training qualitied workers tor socialist construction who have the combination of redness and expertise with both a good character and professional competence;the concept of teaehers' ethics with the objectives of training a highly qualified contingent of teachers who are virtuous,learned, and with a good command of teaching methods.
