城市生态化过程中交通体系的选择

以美国为代表的“汽车—城市蔓延—高速公路—石油供给系统”的城市交通体系存在着不经济、破坏资源环境、冲击市民心理和践踏城市历史和自然美等诸多弊端。当代世界也存在着一些生态化城市的典型,例如库里帝巴大力发展生态化交通体系、温哥华拒绝建设高速公路、北欧国家积极推崇低能耗的生活理念。根据中国的国情,中国应该建立以公共交通为主干、出租车和轨道交通为补充的城市交通体系,适度控制市区内私人小轿车的盲目发展,从而实现城市社会、经济、自然的协调发展。

On Choices of Transportation System in the Process of Urban Ecolization

After analyzing the disadvantages of the transportation system of USA which involves automobiles, city sprawling, highways and petrol supplies such as low efficiency, high consumption of resources, environment pollution, negative effects on urban citizens and the destruction of urban cultural and natural beauty, the paper introduces some typical ecolized cities in the world. In Curitiba,the ecol-ized transportation system is being developed. In Vancouver, the construction of highways is not to be permitted. In north European countries, low energy consumption lifestyles are recommended. Finally, the paper expounds on the transportation system Chinese cities should choose in the process of urban ecolization, that is, to develop public transportation as the main means with the supplement of taxi and track transportation, and to control the accelerating development of private cars so as to achieve the sustainable development of society, economy and natural environment in Chinese cities.
