| Abstract: | There are three theories about infringement liability attribution of intellectual property rights: the theory of fault liability, the theory of no-fault liability, and the integrated theory. Firstly, this paper analyzes the differences between the integrated theory and the theory of no-fault liability in the civil law system and the common law system, and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions. |
