刍议金融监管的重要目标——金融消费者权利保护

近年来，随着我国金融业改革的深化，金融消费者权利保护问题已日益凸显。如何提升监管服务水平，保护金融消费者权益，已成为当前金融监管机构必须面对的重要课题。结合国内金融业消费者保护实践及相关机制存在的问题，提出金融监管机构应更新监管理念，制定和完善交易规则，强化纠纷处理机制，重视消费者的意见与消费者参与，以消费者保护为导向，重构金融监管体制等思路，以此促进我国金融消费关系和谐健康发展。
