摘    要:我国多元文化的社会现实给学校德育带来了机遇和挑战,一方面拓展了学校德育的发展空间,另一方面使学校德育增加了取舍不同文化价值观的难度,也加大了学校德育把握的难度和要求。在多元文化社会里,多元文化的冲突极大地影响了学校德育的内容、效果等,导致学校德育效果甚微。为此学校德育要主动应对多元文化挑战,适时改进学校德育工作的内容、方法,运用中国传统文化"和而不同"的思维方式,在德育内容取舍上做到"洋为中用、古为今用",在德育方法改进上做到宽容、对话、参与。

Abstract:China's multicultural society brings chance and challenge to our moral education to university/college students,which broadens the space to conduct the moral education and,on the other hand,faces the difficulties that cramp students' acceptance because of different cultural values.The conflicts between diverse cultures,such as that between the native and foreign cultures and between the mainstream and sidestream cultures,have affected greatly what contents shall be included in moral education and how to elaborate them,thus resulting in inconsiderable effect.To accept well the multicultural challenge facing our moral education and improve what contents involved in our traditional moral education and relevant teaching method,it is suggested to adopt the Chinese traditional thinking mode: making ideas harmonious and keeping their difference.In addition,"taking advantage of foreign ideas/things to serve China and take advantage of past experience to serve what is needed nowadays" should be a principle in moral education with tolerance,dialogue and participation carried through as the basic guideline.
