人员测评在职业指导中的应用与发展

摘    要:从人员测评与职业指导的联系入手,分析心理测验、绩效评估和评价中心等三种人员测评方式在职业指导中的应用状况,可得出结论:心理测验有助于实现人与职位的恰当匹配并获取职业成就;绩效评估则将职业指导的内涵从求职应聘者的指导扩展到在职者的发展指导或职业再规划上,绩效评估指标体系为职业指导提供了内容来源,同时绩效反馈也只有以职业指导的形式出现才更容易被当事人所接受;评价中心应用于职业指导则由其构思效度作基础,更适合于确定职业方向和职业培训。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the application of psychological assessment,performance evaluation and assessment center in career guidance from the view of relations between personnel assessment and career guidance.It puts forward that psychological assessment can help the employee and job fit each other and acquire job achievements.On the one hand performance evaluation provides contents for career guidance with evaluating standards,on the other hand the unsatisfactory results from the assessment can be received and agreed by the employee only in the form of career guidance.Assessment center applied to career guidance based on its structure validity is more suitable for making career choice and vocational training.
