| 摘 要： | 构建与全面建设小康社会、构建和谐社会相协调的、具有社会化特征的农村养老保障体系,总体思路是:多形式保障、低水平起步、全方位统筹、渐进式发展。在这个大思路下逐步建立起由社会养老保障机制、社区养老保障机制、家庭养老保障机制和个人养老保障机制组成的、相互协调的农村养老保障体系。

| Abstract: | To build a well-off society in an all-round way,and construct a rural old-age support security system in line with harmonious society and with social specialty,I think that various kinds of securities should start from a lower standard,planning as a whole and developing step by step.Based on this thinking,to establish the rural old-age support security system should consist of social,community,family and individual old-age support securities. |
