| Abstract: | Soft Cultural strength is an essential part of a city’s whole strength and comprehensive competitive strength.As the capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,Nanning needs to enlarge and improve its soft cultural strength.This paper puts forward some reflection and suggestions in many respects,such as city’s ethical union strength,core competitive strength,cultural effect strength,cultural innovative strength,cultural expressive strength,sustainable development strength,inner centripetal strength and cultural creation strength. |
