| Abstract: | The fracture and remodeling,alternation and conflicts occurring in the transitional period incite a series of hot discussions about civic morality construction.As how to effectively advance such construction is not only a theoretical but also practical issue,this paper proposes at the macro level that the construction of civic morality focus on rationality,justice and operational principles. |
