| 摘 要： | 湖北和浙江两省1990年以来利用外国直接投资(FD I)的总量规模和增长速度比湖北要高,来源结构更为合理,外商投资企业对出口的贡献更为明显;湖北利用FD I的质量更高,外资对湖北经济增长的贡献更为重要,对产业结构的调整影响更大。分析结果也显示,外国直接投资对地方经济发展的贡献并不太大,不宜过分扩大外资的作用,要重视国内生产因素的积累和利用。

| Abstract: | This paper compares FDI in Hubei and Zhejiang provinces since 1990.It is found that,though the two provinces share something in FDI,the scale and growth rate in Zhejiang are higher than those in Hubei,and the structure and contribution to export in Zhejiang are obvious.On the other hand,the quality and contribution to regional economic growth of FDI as well as FDI's influence on industrial restructuring are larger in Hubei.It is also found that the contribution of FDI to regional economic growth isn't significant enough,and accordingly the accumulation and improvement of domestic product factors should be given more attention. |
