进城务工人员随迁子女义务教育问题研究

由于制度设计、资源配置的合理性以及社会文化等方面的问题,进城务工人员子女在义务教育阶段的入学障碍日益凸显,严重影响其平等地享受义务教育的权利,更对其成长和发展形成掣肘。因此,有必要通过统筹地区间的教育资源、试行教育券法制化的方式,突破户籍限制,简化入学手续,并通过均衡地区内教育资源、政府采购优化教育资源等途径,最大限度地解决随迁子女的入学问题。

Research on Compulsory Education for Rural Migrant Workers' Children

Due to the rationality of the system design and the allocation of resources,also as a result of social culture and so on,the obstacles of entrance have become more and more serious,which not only have a profound effect on their right of receiving compulsory education but also have deep effects on their growth and life.It’s necessary to take effective measures to solve this problem,including making overall arrangements of interlocal and local education resources,carrying out legalization of education voucher,breakthroughing the census register limit,simplifying the admission procedures and optimizing education resources by government procurement.
