| 摘 要： | “三农”问题是事关我国现代化建设与和谐社会构建的战略性问题,宏观的“三农”问题必然要通过微观的农村社区发展来加以解决。相对于县域地区和村社社区,乡镇社区更有利于推动农村社区的综合发展。江苏省的三个周庄镇根据自己的条件,形成了独特的发展模式。社区发展模式无优劣之分,关键是切合自身实际,走自己的道路。

| Abstract: | Issues concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers are strategic problems that affect the Chinese modernization and harmonic society construct. It should be macro-levelly solved through the development of micro-country community. Comparing to county area and village community, the town has more advantage to facilitate the comprehensive development of country community. In terms of their own conditions, three villages in Jiangsu province develop the unique development methods. Basically,development methods make no distinction between good and bad, the key point is to fit in with the local reality and then to take their own roads. |
