| Abstract: | Township government act as our primary administrative organ,and its effective performance management represent the country＇s image,and affect the social stability and prosperity.From theoretical perspective of new public management and new public service,we can analys the status and the problems in township government performance management,explore and select a valid path,in order to help the township government performance management reform to benefit. |
