社会资本与农村劳动力进城就业途径选择

农村剩余劳动力向城市非农就业转移是发展中国家工业化和城市化的一般道路,是统筹城乡就业的关键所在。实证研究表明,个人关系型社会资本对我国农村劳动力进城就业途径选择有着重要影响,但是依靠这种途径进城就业并不能带给农民工较高的就业质量,也不利于农民工在城市就业的可持续发展。从长远看,农村劳动力进城就业不能过多地依靠社会资本,政府应该在组织农村剩余劳动力向城市就业转移中发挥更大的作用。

Social Capital and the Approaches of the Rural Labor into the City for Employment

It is a general raw in developing countries that surplus rural labor transfer to non-agricultural employment into cities,as a way of industrialization and urbanization.Empirical study shows that social capital based on personal relationships has an important influence for rural labor chose the approach into cities for employment in China.But this approach can not bring a higher quality of employment of employment for the migrant workers,and it is not conducive to sustainable development of migrant workers in cities.In the long run,the employment of rural labor into the city can not rely too much on social capital,the government should organize rural surplus labor transfer to the city＇s job to play a greater role.
