论政治的本质及其原则

政治哲学很少专门探究政治的本质问题,而仅有的探讨也从未真正揭露出其固有的本质。政治行为作为社会行为的独特类型应始终维护和遵循互助与平等的原则,政治的本质并非敌友划分和斗争,而是划分和消除社会差别,政治的最高理想就是创造一个充分体现互助与平等原则的无差别社会。政治介入社会生活必须遵循三项基本原则：自然演进原则、底线干预原则和多元合作原则。政治本质上是高尚的,而非黑暗和丑恶的。政治的基本原则是明确可循的,而不是实践摸索得来的。

The True Nature and Principles of Politics

In the field of Political Philosophy,it is surprising that the true nature of politics is seldom specially explored or fully revealed.This paper,starting from 2 fundamental principles of the formation of society,states that as a unique type of social behavior,political behavior should maintain and follow the principles of mutual help and equality and argues that the nature of politics is not about division and struggles between enemies and friends,but about definition and elimination of social gap.The highest ideal of politics is to create a society where there is no difference and where the principles of mutual help and equality can be clearly seen.Under this circumstance,3 fundamental principles of intervention of politics into social life are discussed.They are the Principle of Natural Evolution,the Principle of Bottom-line Intervention and the Principle of Diversified Cooperation.Politics is noble rather than dark or ugly and its fundamental principles are clear-cut and followable.
