基于综合竞争力的产业集群生命周期

设法延长产业集群的生命周期,是确保区域经济健康和谐发展的重要措施。从综合竞争力角度考察产业集群生命周期,可分成孕育、成长、成熟和衰退四个阶段,各自具有鲜明的运行特征。产业集群生命周期曲线存在三个拐点,其中两个为重要拐点:一是出现于成长阶段与成熟阶段之间的巩固点;二是出现于成熟阶段与衰退阶段之间的控制点。产业集群突破拐点使生命得以延续的关键,是加强技术自主创新。

Life Cycle of the Industrial Clusters Based on the Overall Competition

To prolong the life cycle of the industrial clusters is an essential measure to ensure the healthy and harmonious development of the regional economy.From the perspective of overall competitiveness,the life cycle of the industrial clusters could be divided into four phases,i.e.gestation,growth,maturity and decline,each possessing its own conspicuous operation characteristics.There are three inflection points in the life cycle curve of the industrial clusters,among them two points are important.One is the consolidation point between the growth phase and the maturity phase whereas the other,namely the control point,occurs between the maturity phase and the decline phase.The key to the life extension of the industrial clusters by breaking through the inflection points is to enhance the technological independent innovation.
