| 摘 要： | 哈丁的公地悲剧理论形象而深刻地阐明了制度、产权在解决社会问题时的根本性基础作用。网络社会的产生和发展愈益显露出网络公地悲剧的特征。本文通过对网络社会本质与特点的剖析，阐明了网络公地悲剧发生的危险，提出了网络公地悲剧的预防及其解决之道。

| Abstract: | Hardin＇ s tragedy of the commons theory expounds image and profoundly the fundamental basis of social role of institution and property rights. Network society and its＇ development increasingly reveal the characteristics of the network tragedy of the commons. Based on analysis on the nature and characteristics of network society, this article illustrates the risk of occurrence of the network tragedy of the commons, and proposes a solution for its prevention. |
