道德教育中知行不一现象的心理分析及对策

摘    要:知行合一是道德教育的目标和原则。但在实际工作中,知行不一现象较为突出,是道德教育中面临的一大难题。造成这一现象的原因是多方面的,从心理学上分析,其与道德判断能力、自我意识、人格、动机与期望等方面相关。因此,在平时的道德教育工作中应当重视心理健康教育,并将二者有机融合,积极促进道德教育实现知行合一。

Abstract:The unity of knowing and doing is the goal and the principle of moral education. However, the disunity of knowing and doing is very common in practice and has become one of problems in moral education. The reasons for the phenomena are about moral sense, self-consciousness, personality, motivation, expectation and so on in psychology. The more we learn the psychological mechanism, the better we improve the moral education. We should strengthen the psychological health education, and integrate it into the moral education, and then it is possible to realize the unity of knowing and doing.
