| 摘 要： | 文章从国民经济核算的公共产品属性入手,认为国民经济核算作为核算手段和结果都是一种公共产品,并以GDP数据为例分析了中国国民经济核算的产品“缺陷”,即质量问题,最后讨论了把产品质量控制(TQC)理念引入到中国的国民经济核算中。
