| 摘 要： | 在对农村和农村环境保护的内涵进行界定的基础上,指出农村环境保护法是有关防治农村环境污染和生态破坏,保护、改善和建设农村环境的各种法律规范或法律表现形式的总和。农村环境保护法规的内容主要包括:防治农村环境污染和生态破坏,发展生态农业和农村绿色能源,建设环境优美村镇、生态村镇,实行农村环境综合整治法律。

| Abstract: | Rural area is the inhabited place and daily production region of people,most of whom are peasants engaged in agricultural production.Rural environment refers to the total body of all natural elements and artificially transformed natural elements affecting human existence and development within rural areas.Rural environmental protection law is a generic concept including all the legal norms or legal documents concerning preventing and controlling of rural pollution and ecological damage as well as protecting and improving rural environment.In addition,the main contents of rural environmental protection laws are preventing and controlling rural environmental pollution and ecological damage,developing green agriculture and energy,building beautiful villages and towns,promoting the integrative management of rural environment and so on. |
