| 摘 要： | 人民性是邓小平制度建设思想基本特征之一.在邓小平看来,制度建设的直接依据是人民的物质和文化需求,制度建设应真正体现人民群众的利益,坚持一切为了人民、一切依靠人民的原则,以人民的根本利益为最高检验标准,最终实现人的自由全面发展.

| Abstract: | The people characteristic is one of the basic characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's system construction thought.In Deng Xiaoping's views,the system construction is based on the direct construction of the people's material and cultural needs,so the system construction should truly reflect the people's interests,persist in doing everything for the people and depend upon the people,take the people's fundamental interests as the supreme test,finally realize person's free and comprehensive development. |
