| 摘 要： | 知识经济具有一定的特征 ,它与图书馆有着紧密的联系。新世纪 ,图书馆的管理应从三个方面考虑 :首先是更新管理观念和管理理论 ;其次是改革管理方法和管理手段 ;再次是改变馆员的知识结构和抓好馆员的继续教育。
