探析我国贫困问题的现状、原因和治理对策

消除贫困是联合国“千年发展目标”的一项重要内容，也是我国政府的奋斗目标。但是中国目前的农村贫困问题与城镇贫困问题呈现此消彼长的发展趋势。因此，必须要根据我国社会经济发展的实际状况和贫困现状采取综合治理的措施。在界定贫困概念和线度的基础上，从中国农村贫困和城镇贫困两个视域，对中国贫困问题的现状和原因进行了分析，并提出了中国剩存贫困的治理对策。

A Brief Analysis of Present Situation of Poverty, Its Causes and Countermeasures in China

The eradication of poverty is an important part of the United Nations "Millennium Development Goals" and it is also the Government's goal. However,with the increased level of economic transition and structural transformation,the problem of poverty in the rural areas has not been fully resolved at the same time,the urban poverty problem has emerged,and its scale is growing,so that China's current rural poverty and urban poverty has more or less trend of development. Therefore,China must be in accordance with the actual situation of socio-economic development and poverty status and measures for comprehensive control measures. On the basis of defining the limits of the concept of poverty from rural areas and urban poverty,it analyzes the issue of China's poverty status and reasons for it,and puts forward China's surplus of poverty countermeasures.
