对浙江农村劳动力转移的调查与思考

文章从9个方面调查分析了浙江省农村劳动力近10年的变化,得出了农村劳动力的转移与耕地变化无显著关系,城乡收入差距的扩大与三次产业的产出差异悬殊才是导致农业劳动力转移的关键因素,农业劳动力转移程度与城市综合竞争力强弱具有较强的正相关关系,影响农业劳动力逐步有序化转移的最大障碍是劳动力的素质等结论,提出了浙江省进一步加快农村劳动力转移的突破点。

An Investigation into the Issue of Rural Labor Force Transfer of Zhejiang Province

Investigating into nine aspects of the changes in Zhejiang's rural labor force in the past decade,this paper makes the following conclusions: firstly,rural labor force transfer has no significant relations to the changes of arable land;secondly,two key factors lead to the transfer of rural labor force,i.e.the increasing gap of income between urban residents and rural residents as well as the great gap of output among agriculture,industry and the tertiary industry;thirdly,the degree of rural labor force transfer is positively correlated to the comprehensive competitiveness of a city.;fourthly,the overall quality of rural labor force is the biggest barrier to the steady and reasonable rural labor force transfer.Based on these conclusions,this paper brings forth some key ways out for speeding up the transfer of rural labor force.in Zhejinag Province.
