| 摘 要： | "入世"后,发展县域工业经济,必须遵循 WTO体制规则,遵循市场经济规律,抓住四个关键性措施:一是提高政府的服务质量;二是依托资源,瞄准市场,调整工业布局;三是优化人才环境;四是优化融资环境.

| Abstract: | To develop the industrial economy in the county area after China joined the WTO,we must follow the principles of the WTO system, of the market economy.There are four key measures.Firstly the quality of government service must be improve d.Secondly we must base on our rich resource,aim at the market, adjust the distr ibution of industry.Thirdly we must offer a good environment for the talents.Fou rthly a good investment environment must be offered. |
