摘    要:随着高校第二课堂30多年的发展和时代对人才培养需求的变化,高校第二课堂作为人才培养体系的重要组成部分日益受到关注,成为创新教育不可或缺的阵地。它以学生成长为主线,育人过程集合了情感育人、实践育人、知识育人的功能。这些功能的实现,需要设计与经营,需要构建系统的育人机制。其中,就业导向、能力为本的育人目标是育人机制的出发点,保证活动的方向性和整体把握;以学生为中心的自主、合作、探究式育人模式、激励机制有利于调动学生的主观能动性,保证第二课堂活动持续运行;评价机制和保障机制则为活动提供物质供应和精神支持,确保育人质量。

A research on the educational function and mechanism of the second classroom in colleges and universities
Abstract:Along with over 30 years’ development of the second classroom in colleges and universities and the chan-ges in the demands of a new age for talent cultivation,the second classroom,as an important component of talent cultivation system,has attracted more and more attention,having occupied an indispensable position in the field of innovation education.Taking students’ progress as the main line,the educating process of the second classroom combines the functions of emotion education,practice education and knowledge education together.The realization of these functions needs to be designed and managed;the systematic educational mechanism needs to be built.Fore-most,the education goal,employment-oriented and competency-based,is the starting point of educational mecha-nism,which guarantees the right direction of activities and catches the whole.In addition,student-centered autono-mous,cooperative and inquiry-based education mode as well as incentive system will be beneficial to mobilizing students’ activeness and ensure the continuous operation of the second classroom’ s activities.Last but not least,e-valuation mechanism and safeguard mechanism provide material supply and spiritual support to guarantee the quality of education.
