政治文献汉译日外宣翻译策略研究

以中央编译局翻译出版的《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划的建议》(日文版)为研究对象，分析探究政治文献外宣翻译的归化和异化翻译策略。具体而言，《建议》(日文版)综合使用了增删词汇短语、整合重组句子、解释性翻译等归化翻译策略和直译、直译标音、直译注释等异化翻译策略，指出译文既保留了中国特色的语言表达和文化内涵，又符合译文读者的语言表达习惯。

A study of Chinese-Japanese external publicity propaganda translation strategies applied in the translation of a Chinese political document

The current essay is dedicated to a study of the external publicity propaganda translation strategies of do-mestication and foreignization applied in the translation of a Chinese political document:Central Committee of the Communist Party of China:Recommendations for the 13 th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development ( Japanese version,translated and published by Central Compilation&Translation Bureau) . In the Japanese version, such strategies of domestication are adopted as addition/deletion of words and phrases,reconstruction of sentences, and explanatory translation. Meanwhile,the strategies of foreignization include literal translation,literal translation +phonetic symbols,and literal translation + explanation. The translated text does not only preserve the native expres-sions and cultural connotations of Chinese characteristic but also caters to the target readers’ customs of language ex-pression,which reflects the translators’ high proficiency and rich experience in translation.
