| 摘 要： | "以人为本"是马克思主义哲学的基本理念之一.毛泽东最早实现了"以人为本"理念的中国化,邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛则分别赋予了"以人为本"理念以新的时代内涵."全面建成小康社会"把共产主义远大理想与具体的阶段性目标有机结合起来,明确了"人民群众幸福安康"是"以人为本"在当代的价值追求,强调了人民群众是全面建成小康社会的根本动力,是习近平对"以人为本"理念继承与创新的集中体现.

| Abstract: | "People-oriented" is the basic concept of Marxist philosophy.Mao Zedong first realized the sinolization of the concept of "human-oriented".Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao endowed the "people-oriented" concept with new scientific connotation."To establish moderately prosperous society" is to combine the communist lofty ideals and the periodical targets;to indicate "people's happy life" is the value pursuit of "people-oriented" in contemporary;to emphasize that people are the basic power to build moderately prosperous society and the concentrated expression of the inheritance and innovation of "people-oriented" concept by Xi Jinpin. |
